Sauceapuck is a Toronto based company that was born out of a desire to give back to the hockey community and bring the hockey community closer together. Our product is not just for players and fans, it can be a way to share your passion for the game with anyone. Sauceapuck allows you to send a custom hand written message on a puck and is perfect for any occasion!

About Us

Here at Sauceapuck our main goal is to give back to the game we all love. Secondary to that is to connect, and bring the hockey community closer together. We grew up playing hockey and know the lifelong friendships and memories that hockey creates. With that in mind We set out to create a product that is unique, represents hockey and is proudly Canadian. We want this product to stand as a tangible reminder of the joy this game creates. Our innovative style provides people a way to share their love for the game with their own personalized message on a simple but meaningful Puck.  With each puck bought you get to give a gift in a fun new way while also supporting charitable organizations and minor hockey initiatives in Canada. Our morals and ethics are derived from a hockey Moto, “you don’t play for the name on your back of your jersey, you play for the Crest on the front,” this is why we strive to build a brand that will give people a crest to be proud to support.

We have a 60 character limit on pucks. 

What Type Of Message Can I Send?

We allow all kinds of fun messages! Profanity is allowed, However, we do not allow hateful, harmful, or threatening messages and we will not process orders with messages that have wording like this. In this instance, we will either cancel your order or ask you to change your message.

Can I Edit My Message Even If I've Already Placed My Order?

Yes! If we have not already fulfilled your order. Please email us as soon as you can and let us know of the change in the message and we will edit it for you.

Can My Message Be Anonymous?

Yes, it can! Just be sure not to give any clues that you sent the message or include your name in the message.

Do You Do Drawings?

No. These mitts were made for saucin' beauties and going bardown. However, We do our best to accommodate our customers needs. We are able to draw certain emoji’s but are not equipped to draw much else. If you MUST have a drawing, send us an email and we will evaluate on a case by case basis.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of being placed. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard mail and have an expected delivery timeline of 2-10 business days.

Can My Order Be Delivered On an Exact Date?

No. Unfortunately, a specific date cannot be guaranteed. Please place your order in accordance with shipping time estimates to ensure your sauceapuck arrives near or on the date you want it to arrive.

Where Do you Ship From?

We ship from the Greater Toronto Area.

Will The Recipient Know That I Was The Playmaker Who Sauced Them The Puck?

That is up to you! Pucks can be sauced anonymously or not. Your shipping address is never shown as the return address. It will only show our address as the return address.

Will The Puck Arrive In A Package?


Is My Return Address On The Package That Is Going To My Recipient?

No. We only show Sauceapuck’s return address on the package and the actual shipping address of the package (Not your address!)

Can I Buy Outside Of Canada?

Not yet but we are working on it!

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

All customers get an automatic email sent to the email entered on the order that reflects the details of your order. If you did not get the email, please make sure that we are on your email's "safelist" and that the emails are not going into your SPAM folder.

How Can I Track My Order?

All orders include a Canada Post tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive, once the order has shipped. Please click the link in the email or go to www.canadapost.ca and enter your tracking number to track your order.

Whose Shipping Address and Email Do I Enter At Checkout?

Please enter your information on the Bill Address and click the mail to a different address button and input the RECIPIENT'S shipping address, so that the puck can go to them (Unless you are saucin' a puck to yourself!).

*** Please note that we do not process orders if they include threatening messages that will scare or harass people. If someone emails us saying that they feel threatened by your message and demands to know who sent them a puck, we may reveal your identity. This is on a case by case basis.
